Founder / Music Director: Jia Zhai

Jia Zhai has long been committed to promoting the Chinese children’s public welfare project “Warm Current Initiative.” She launched the “Warm Love One-on-One Student Aid Program” to help underprivileged children return to school. To address the shortage of educational resources and qualified teachers in impoverished areas, she initiated the “Warm Current Classroom” project, which provides online music and art courses for children in remote regions. To date, nearly 150 Warm Current Classrooms have been established, improving the quality of cultural and educational opportunities for children in underdeveloped parts of China.

During her tenure at a listed company, she personally led partners and corporate teams to western rural areas, bringing warmth and care to children in poverty and setting an example for young volunteer groups. Each year, she planned and organized large-scale charity galas, making philanthropy a way of life and inspiring more entrepreneurs to take part in charitable causes. In 2016, she was honored with the “Most Beautiful Philanthropist Award” by the China Social Welfare Foundation, in recognition of her years of dedication to advancing the impact of public welfare.

In August 2018, as the founder, Jia Zhai partnered with the China Philharmonic Orchestra to establish the China Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, dedicated to creating an ensemble that represents the spirit and vitality of China. The orchestra provides young people who love music and are willing to devote themselves to it with more professional learning opportunities and broader platforms for performance.

Music is the most wonderful and touching language in the world. The China Philharmonic Youth Orchestra regularly organizes charity concerts and philanthropic performances, and even brings the orchestra to remote mountain areas so that underprivileged children can experience the beauty of music. With music, we change the world—and make it a better place.

长期致力于推广中国儿童公益项目“暖流计划”。发起暖流“弘爱助学1对1”行动，让贫困儿童重返课堂接受教育。针对贫困地区教育资源匮乏、师资力量薄弱的现状，发起“暖流教室”项目，利用线上课堂为贫困山区的孩子提供音乐美术教育课程，至今近150间的“暖流教室”正在改善中国偏远地区儿童素质文化教育的问题。

任职上市公司期间，身体力行，亲自率领合作伙伴和公司团队到西部贫困地区，为贫困地区的儿童送温暖，为年轻的自愿者团队树立典范。每年策划和组织大型公益慈善晚会，并将公益作为一种生活方式，带动更多的企业家参与公益爱心活动。2016年被中国社会福利基金会授予“最美公益人物奖“，以感谢翟佳多年来推动公益影响力所做的贡献。

2018年8月，作为创始人，携手中国爱乐乐团共同成立第一个中国爱乐青少年交响乐团，致力于打造代表中国精神面貌的中国爱乐青少年交响乐团，为爱音乐并愿意为之付出的青少年提供更专业的学习机会和更大的展示舞台。

音乐是全世界最美妙动人的语言，中国爱乐青少年交响乐团定期举办公益音乐会、慈善演出，并把乐团带到偏远山区，让贫困的青少年能够听到最美妙的音乐。用音乐改变世界，让世界更美好。
